Biography

Craig Webster is a partner and leader of the Tax Group in the Toronto office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, which is Taxand Canada. Craig practises tax law with an emphasis on investment funds and structuring investment products. He is also experienced in the areas of derivatives, income trusts and REITs, structured finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and charities and non-profits.
