Taxand recognised for transfer pricing in ITR World TP Guide 2015
2 Oct 2014

Taxand has been acknowledged for the quality of its global transfer pricing advice.

The 26 Taxand locations (from a possible 31) are ranked in the top three tiers, proving the depth, breadth and quality of Taxand’s transfer pricing tax advice. The Netherlands is newly recognised and join the following jurisdictions in the guide; Argentina, Brazil, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, and UK.

The ITR World Transfer Pricing Guide is a directory which rates the transfer pricing expertise offered in more than 50 jurisdictions globally, providing tax executives with a comprehensive guide about the market for tax advice.

The report is compiled from in-depth executive interviews conducted with corporate tax and transfer pricing directors, on the quality of advice received, as well as opinions about teams and individual advisers.

Frederic Donnedieu de Vabres, Chairman of Taxand, said:

"It is excellent to see new Taxand countries entering the World Transfer Pricing Guide 2015, bringing Taxand’s total coverage to 87 percent.

The latest recommendations by the OECD on BEPS, and its proposed country by-country reporting, means that transfer pricing remains a topic of upmost importance to multinationals. With further recommendations and implementation plans on BEPS to come throughout the course of next year, this area of global tax could prove to be the most challenging for 2015."
