Taxand, the world's largest global organisation of tax advisors to multinational businesses, has once again been acknowledged for its high quality tax expertise for the eighth year running in the International Tax Review’s World Tax 2017.

Taxand was listed in 44 out of a possible 49 locations, achieving 90% coverage across all categories. In addition, Taxand has gained three promotions. France has been promoted to Tier 1, Singapore has progressed to Tier 2 and The Netherlands has advanced to Tier 3. Taxand has also increased its number of countries in Tier 1 to 9, up from 8 last year.

World Tax 2017 is a reference for tax executives, rating the strategic tax advice of leading tax advisors around the world. There is a process which involves corporate tax director interviews and research into a tax firm’s services to decide which tiers tax firms are ranked in. The tiers represent a firms’ international network and leading reputation in their own jurisdiction as well as the number of specialists in planning, transactional, transfer pricing, indirect taxes and litigation, reflected in the size and quality of transactions.

Quality tax advice, globally

Taxand's Take

We are delighted to be recognised for the eighth year running for our tax expertise. In a year which has seen multinationals face scrutiny like never before and unprecedented geopolitical uncertainty globally and rising challenges to the global political order resulting from a myriad of sources including the EU referendum in the UK and the US Election, it is great to see that Taxand continues to be recognised for our unique ability to help clients make sense of an increasingly challenging world.
