Luis Martinez is based in Taxand Venezuela where he is a partner of Candal Taxand, the leading independent firm of tax advisors in Venezuela. Luis has more than 10 years of experience in transfer pricing and valuations. Luis gained broad experience in macroeconomic and financial analysis at various key Venezuelan financial institutions. He was also a member of the Global Transfer Pricing Team in Mexico, Peru and the United States. Luis has written a few articles on transfer pricing for technical and business magazines in Venezuela. He was also involved in preparing a Latin American survey and analysis on transfer pricing legislation regarding Venezuelan rules for the Inter-American Development Bank.
