Jesus Candal is based in Taxand Venezuela where he is a partner of Candal Taxand, the leading independent firm of tax advisors in Venezuela. Jesus brings more than 20 years of experience in tax and compliance advice to his clients. Jesus graduated as an accountant at the Universidad Católica Andres Bello, Caracas and has a BA in business science, granted by the Ministry of Education, Spain. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Caracas.
