Bill Ling is based in Taxand US where he is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Taxand, LLC. He advises clients on international taxation issues, including corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, global supply chain planning, subpart F planning, foreign tax credit issues, cross-border financing and day-to-day international tax matters. His experience includes tax planning, tax accounting and compliance, and consulting services for clients across a variety of industries, including high tech, financial services, reinsurance, hospitality, manufacturing and retailing.

Bill brings more than 11 years of tax experience advising clients on a diverse range of international tax matters. Prior to joining Taxand US, Bill was previously with Deloitte Tax and Arthur Andersen, focusing on both publicly and privately held corporate clients.  

Bill earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from American University in Washington, D.C and his master’s degree in Taxation (MST) from Baruch College in New York City. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Massachusetts and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA).
