Becky Hoover, a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Taxand, LLC, provides tax-related services to U.S. multinational and foreign-owned companies, primarily in the manufacturing and financial services industries.

With more than 13 years of experience, Ms. Hoover has assisted companies with reorganizations, including the post-merger integration of global operations and performing due diligence related to acquisitions. Ms. Hoover has also prepared and reviewed complex financial statement tax provisions, related tax balances and footnote disclosures for multinational companies. In addition, she has experience with restatements involving U.S. and UK GAAP.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Hoover was with the International Tax Services and Lead Tax Services practices of Deloitte & Touche. Previously, she was a member of the International Tax and Federal Tax Services groups of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC.

Ms. Hoover holds a bachelor's degree in accounting, with honors, and a master's degree in accounting from the University of Florida. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Georgia and North Carolina. Ms. Hoover is a member of the AICPA and the International Fiscal Association.
