Tony Fuller is based in Taxand USA where he is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Taxand, LLC. Tony consults on state and local tax matters with an emphasis on income taxes for multi-state corporations and pass-through entities. 

Tony has more than 14 years of experience advising clients in a variety of industries, including high-tech, real estate, financial services, and consumer business.  His experience includes representing clients in controversies before various state taxing authorities, tax planning, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions consulting, due diligence, and tax compliance.

Prior to joining the USA Taxand practice, Alvarez & Marsal Taxand, LLC, Tony spent nine years with Arthur Andersen's State and Local Tax practice, and over two years with Deloitte & Touche's Multi-state practice in San Francisco.

Tony earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a juris doctor from the University of California, Davis. He is a frequent speaker on state taxation topics in various seminars and training sessions. He is a member of the California Bar and a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
