Serhat performs tax audit and consulting services for companies operating in the production, services and finance sectors, and he provides structural and transactional advice on the full range of corporate tax activities, including M&As and reorganisations. Recent key transactions include the merger of what is now a giant pharmaceutical firm whose head office is in Germany. Serhat is a Turkish CPA and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
