Patrik Schwarb is based in Taxand Switzerland where he is a partner of Tax Partner AG, the leading independent Swiss firm of tax advisors. Patrik has over 12 years’ experience in local and international tax consulting. Working with both Swiss and international companies, he has provided structuring and transactional advice on the full scope of corporate tax activities including M&A, reorganisations and restructurings. Patrik has a Master’s degree in economics and is a certified Swiss tax expert.
