Håkan Nylén

Håkan Nylén is based in Taxand Sweden where he is a corporate tax partner of Skeppsbron Skatt, the leading independent firm of tax advisors in Sweden. He has almost 30 years of experience in corporate tax, and advises clients in most sectors on Swedish and international corporate taxation. Håkan worked as a tax advisor at a Big 4 firm from 1985 to 2003; during that time, he was active in the company’s various international networks as a member of the steering group for global M&A. He also taught in-house training courses in international corporate taxation. Håkan has worked in the Swedish judicial system, and holds a law degree.
