Mikael Löwhagen is the key Swedish member of Taxand’s global real estate tax team. He is based in Taxand Sweden where he is a corporate tax partner of Skeppsbron Skatt, the leading independent firm of tax advisors in Sweden. Mikael advises many large real estate investors in Sweden, and is involved in international structuring of inbound activities by multinational enterprises. Predominantly working with quoted companies, Mikael has provided structuring and transactional advice on the full array of corporate tax activities including M&As, reorganisations, restructurings and structured finance. With 18 years’ experience in corporate tax, Mikael is known for providing commercial, usable advice. Mikael and the real estate team of Skeppsbron Skatt have been involved in many of the largest transactions in Sweden.
