Niklas Bång is based in Taxand Sweden where he is a corporate tax partner of Skeppsbron Skatt, the leading independent firm of tax advisors in Sweden. He has provided advice on Swedish and international corporate taxation in most sectors for nearly 20 years, specialising in the taxation aspects of international corporate restructuring. Niklas was a tax advisor at a Big 4 firm from 1997 to 2004. He also worked on secondment at a Big 4’s London office in 2002. Niklas has led and taught numerous courses and seminars dealing with complex aspects of Swedish and international corporate taxation. Niklas has a degree in law.
