Iñaki is based in Taxand Spain where he is a corporate tax partner of Garrigues. In 1984, Iñaki joined Arthur Andersen in Bilbao. He is currently partner in charge of Garrigues Norte, S.L.P. and of the Tax Department in Bilbao. Iñaki has participated as a speaker on numerous courses organised by Taxand Spain, Garrigues, and by Chambers of Commerce and financial institutions, covering tax and corporate law issues. Iñaki collaborates as a professor on the Master’s course in Tax Counseling at both Universidad de Deusto and Centro de Estudios Garrigues. Iñaki has published various tax-related articles in the national press (Expansión) and locally, as a regular collaborator of the journal Finanzas & Contabilidad published by Harvard Deusto. He is also the author of the multiple books covering new income tax and net worth tax laws and regulations, and the personal income tax reform. Iñaki has a degree in Law from Universidad de Deusto, with a focus on economic law.  He is also a member of the Official Auditors’ Register (R.O.A.C.).
