Ramón López de Haro is a director with Garrigues, working in the firm’s Madrid office. He joined the international tax division of Garrigues in 1996 after working for various multinationals located in Paris, Frankfurt, Munich and New York.

Ramón heads the Garrigues national practice on transfer pricing, which has been awarded the distinction of best transfer pricing firm in Spain for two consecutive years. In connection with this line of activity, Ramón has actively participated in the EU Joint Transfer Pricing Forum.

Ramón has contributed to a significant number of projects related to the design and implementation of transfer pricing policies within multinationals. He has also been involved in various supply-chain and operative reorganisation processes, as well as the negotiation of advanced pricing agreements (APAs).

Ramón has extensive experience in tax and transfer pricing planning with intangibles and cost-sharing structures. He has also advised various major companies on dispute resolution and mutual agreement procedures.

As a transfer pricing expert, Ramón often participates in seminars, conferences and postgraduate courses, and is a frequent contributor in books, articles, guides and reports issued by the firm on transfer pricing.
