He predominantly works with major companies on VAT matters, particularly in the telecommunications, energy & utilities and financial services industries and has extensive experience in dealings with the VAT authorities. His work mainly focuses on tax advice, litigation and VAT rulings.

Carlos is regularly invited to speak at industry seminars and conferences as well as at seminars on indirect taxation organised by Garrigues. He has also contributed articles to specialist Spanish and international publications.
