Enrique Fonseca is based in Taxand Spain where he is a tax partner at Garrigues. He carries out professional and teaching activities within the public and private sector. He joined J&A Garrigues Abogados as a lawyer in 1986 and became a partner in 1991. He specialises in the field of tax law, both in the area of tax advisory services and judiciary services. Enrique obtained his degree from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, a higher diploma in Criminology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Diploma in EU Law from the Constitutional Studies Center. He is a frequent speaker at seminars and conferences and author of a number of specialised articles and books in relation to tax, financial and legal matters. Enrique is also a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
