Salvador is a partner at Garrigues. With more than 20 years of experience in the firm, he is in charge of Garrigues’ Human Capital Services department. His team comprises 40 professionals located in Madrid and Barcelona and focuses on delivering advice in areas such as the design and implementation of remuneration schemes, international employee transfer management and the implementation of employee welfare programmes. Salvador has provided advice to many local and international quoted companies in the design of compensation packages for their directors, executives and employees.

Salvador is the author of a range of works and publications, including “Compensation Fact book” (Retribuciones), Aranzadi, 2002 and is a co-author of “The Personal Income Tax reform” (La reforma del Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas Físicas), Thomson Aranzadi, 2007), “The Listed Company” (La Sociedad Cotizada), Marcial Pons, 2006, “International Taxation” (Fiscalidad Internacional) and Centro de Estudios Financieros, 2006.

Salvador has a Degree in Law and Business Administration, a Master’s Degree in Corporate Tax Advice. He is also a member of the Spanish Official Auditors Register (ROAC), is a lecturer on human resources, taxation and banking and finance postgraduate courses of at Garrigues’ Centro de Estudios. He also lectures at Centro de Estudios Financieros and is a member of the Instituto de Estudios Fiscales teaching staff.
