Jordi is a tax partner with the International Tax Division of Garrigues. He focuses on international tax advice and cross border M&A and has extensive experience in advising multinational companies on inbound and outbound transactions, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions and group reorganisations.

Jordi joined the tax branch of Arthur Andersen in January 1995, (before the merger with J&A Garrigues) and since then has been involved in numerous numerous cross-border transactions, particularly involving foreign multinationals investing in Spain.

Jordi co-heads the US Desk of Garrigues, is deeply involved in the ABA (as a Vice Chair of the foreign lawyer forum of the taxation section) and has been recently appointed the Spanish national reporter of the IBA tax section.
