Fernando is a corporate tax partner of Garrigues. He has 32 years’ experience managing the relationships of Spanish and international companies with the Spanish Tax Authorities.

He focuses on resolving conflicts before the Tax Courts as well as the preparation and analysis of financial statements. He serves predominantly medium-sized privately owned companies working with their administrative boards as their trusted tax advisory partner.

He is a lecturer of the accountancy department at the Universidad de Valencia on the subject “Analysis of Financial Statements”. As a result he is regularly approached to teach other courses including, most recently, an online accounting course for Latin American judges.

Fernando collaborates regularly with several publishing houses specialising in tax matters. In the last two years he has been the co-author of various reference manuals regarding tax penalties, economic administrative proceedings and tax inspection matters.
