Albert specialises in international tax planning and taxation of mergers, acquisitions and reorganisations, where he has advised important multinational groups, both listed or privately owned. Albert also has wide experience in taxation of investment funds, derivatives and cross border financial transactions. Albert speaks regularly at international conferences dealing with international tax planning.  Albert is listed as a recommended tax lawyer in Chambers, Best Lawyers, Who´s Who Corporate Tax and PLC Which Lawyer.
