Fernando is a Tax Partner within the International Tax Division of Garrigues. His practice focuses on international tax, M&A, private equity and venture capital business. He has extensive experience in advising multinational companies on inbound and outbound transactions, including cross border mergers and acquisitions and group reorganisations.

Fernando joined the tax branch of Arthur Andersen of 1985 and since then has been involved in multiple projects working with large multinationals. In the last three years alone, Fernando has advised numerous cross-border transactions and private equity acquisitions one of which was listed within the top three largest ever transactions in Spain.
