Pablo is manager of Garrigues Lawyer’s Office for Oviedo-León (Spain) and has 21 years of experience of Tax and Commercial Law. Pablo predominantly works with family businesses and, in particular, with the preparation of family succession plans - since 1995 he has worked on more than 60 plans. He also provides advice on the design and implementation of corporate restructuring processes, the acquisition and disposal of business groups and asset restructuring for multinational businesses and he has expertise in providing advice on the consolidated tax regime for large Spanish businesses and the Spanish subsidiaries of foreign parented companies. Furthermore he provides tax advice for resident and non-resident entities and individuals. Pablo is a member of the Oviedo Bar Association, the Asturias Arbitration Institute and the Board Member of Club de Innovación. He has written more than 70 articles relating to Spanish and international tax law, has participated in numerous seminars, conferences, roundtables and talks on family business related tax and other issues in Spain and Latin America.
