Jaime is the leader of Taxand’s global compensation team. Jaime is based in Taxand Spain where he is a partner at Garrigues and is in charge of the Compensation and Benefits practice area within Human Capital Services. With more than 17 years of experience, he has advised numerous Spanish and international companies from a range of industries on the design and implementation of compensation schemes for executives, managers, and employees.

Jaime has a Degree in Economics and Business Studies at CEU University and he has an Erasmus scholarship at South Bank Business School (London). He also has a Master’s Degree in Taxation, Centro de Estudios Garrigues.

Jaime is a lecturer at Centro de Estudios Financieros. He is also the co-author of the book, Factbook – Compensation and a contributor to The Reform of the Personal Income Tax Law. He frequently collaborates in many seminars and conferences arranged by Garrigues in addition to those organised by other business corporations and has published a large number of articles on tax matters in the local press and industry trade reviews. He is a member of the Spanish Association of Executives.
