Arnaaz is based in Taxand South Africa where she is a tax executive at ENS (Edward Nathan Sonnenbergs) and has 6 years experience. She is a qualified chartered accountant and specialises in advising a diverse range of clients on corporate and international tax matters across a wide range of industries.

Arnaaz has a specific focus on structuring of general corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, group restructurings, Black Economic Empowerment re-organisations and refinancing structures. She has also advised on the tax structures of financing and other banking related transactions. Arnaaz provides general tax advice on an on-going basis to local and international entities on their international tax structuring, dealing with both inward and outward investments.

Arnaaz has considerable experience in undertaking due diligences investigations and has been involved in conducting due diligence investigations for potential acquirers who want to evaluate a target company or its assets for acquisition and also for many businesses prior to signing a contract, or entering into an agreement.

Arnaaz's qualifications include a BAcc and MCom (Tax) from the University of the Witwatersrand; Higher Diploma in Tax from the University of the Witwatersrand, Higher Diploma in International Tax from the University of Johannesburg. CA(SA)
