Gurbachan Singh is a partner with KhattarWong, as well as an advocate and solicitor (Singapore) and a registered trust and estate practitioner (TEP). He joined the Inland Revenue in 1977 as a state counsel and legal officer. Gurbachan has been involved in tax work for more than 30 years, and is one of the three senior partners of KhattarWong.
He is an honorary tax advisor to the Real Estate Developers' Association of Singapore, a member of the revenue chamber of the editorial and research committee of the Malaysian Institute of Taxation, a director of the Tax Academy of Singapore and a director of the Singapore Institute of Taxation.
