Su-Mei Ban

Su-Mei Ban is based in Taxand Singapore where she is a partner with KhattarWong. She holds an LLB (Honours) degree from the National University of Singapore. She joined the Tax Department of Singapore’s Taxand practice, KhattarWong, on her admission to the Singapore Bar in 1999.
Su-Mei is a registered trust and estate practitioner (TEP). She advises on income tax, stamp duty and GST issues in transactions and corporate group restructurings. Su-Mei helps taxpayers involved in audits and disputes with the Revenue. She provides trust and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals, and she undertakes probate work and the administration of estates.
She is also one of the contributors to Halsbury's Laws of Singapore: Revenue and Taxation published by LexisNexis.
