Alan Ow is based in Taxand Singapore where he brings the benefit of his decades of experience as a maker and administrator of tax policy to KhattarWong in his role in the Tax department. Alan served more than 30 years in the Singapore Revenue, rising through the ranks to become the Senior Deputy Commissioner of Inland Revenue, the number two post. His illustrious career was recognised with the three Public Administration Medals, awards presented to outstanding individuals for their contribution to the nation's growth.

Alan is also CEO of the Tax Academy of Singapore, which was established by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore and the accounting and legal professions to provide specialised and structured training and education for tax practitioners and professionals.
