Harald is based in Taxand Norway where he is a partner with Advokatfirmaet Selmer DA. Harald has comprehensive expertise within tax, company and accounting law. He assists clients with corporate tax issues, such as company and group taxation, national and international transfer pricing, and issues related to personnel such as taxation on incentive arrangements, resignations, pensions, and employee relocation to or from Norway. Harald also provides ongoing assistance in connection with transactions such as acquisitions, mergers, demergers, generational changes and other restructuring processes. He advises on transactions within the special tax regime for hydropower and shipping, handles cases against Norwegian tax authorities at all levels, and litigates tax cases before the courts.
