Derk Prinsen is based in Taxand Netherlands where he is a partner with VMW Taxand. Educated in law at the University of Leiden, Derk began his career at Nauta Dutilh, where he quickly progressed to partner in 2003 and led the company’s expansion into Luxembourg in 2006. Derk then moved to Van Mens & Wisselink, where he advised companies on international tax matters. His particular areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, financing, licensing, reorganisations and private finance initiatives.
