Henk De Graaf is a key member of our global real estate tax team. Henk is based in Taxand Netherlands, VMW Taxand. He has over 13 years of experience as a real estate tax lawyer, working with Andersen / Deloitte and, most recently, four years with PwC. Besides his tax law degree, Henk holds the title of Master of Real Estate obtained at the University of Amsterdam.

Henk’s broad experience includes advising real estate related clients on (international) corporate as well as (Dutch) local tax aspects of real estate transactions, real estate development, fund structuring, investment reviews, (re)financing but also in the areas of infrastructure and hospitality. A special area of interest is transfer pricing and real estate which remains an underdeveloped tax area. Henk has lead a ground breaking project in this respect for the four largest listed REITs in the Netherlands.
