Mohamed Bouallouch

Mohamed Bouallouch is based in Taxand Netherlands and is with VMW Taxand. He graduated in private law and civil notary law at the University of Utrecht, in both cases cum laude. He has obtained a degree in tax law from the University of Amsterdam. Mohamed joined the Netherlands Taxand practice, VMW Taxand, in 2000, where he specialises in domestic and international taxation with a special focus on the health care and the financial market. He counsels on mergers and acquisitions, management and leveraged buy outs, reorganisations, financial products and structured finance transactions and relocation of corporations. Mohamed also regularly represents clients in tax controversy work, including litigation. He regularly publishes on taxation in law journals.
