Leow Mui Lee is based in Taxand Malaysia where she is with Taxand Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. Mui Lee has had over 14 years of experience with leading tax practices of international accounting firms. She has extensive experience in corporate tax planning including restructuring of companies for listing purposes, mergers & acquisitions as well as outbound and inbound investments. Mui Lee has also been involved in projects relating to tax risk management including self assessment documentation reviews, tax compliance risk reviews and group tax reviews. She is responsible for transfer pricing assignments and has serviced a broad spectrum of clients including large multinational corporations, manufacturing companies and public listed companies. Mui Lee graduated from Monash University, Australia with a Bachelor of Economics Degree, majoring in Accounting and Finance. She is a member of CPA Australia, the MIA and the CTIM.
