Alex Sulkowski is the managing partner of Atoz. He held senior executive positions in Ernst & Young and Andersen, where he was in charge of the Belgium and Luxembourg tax and legal practices, a group of 550 professionals advising clients in many different industries. He brings more than 25 years of experience in many different fields, including corporate structures, tax litigation, M&A and corporate finance. He is a member of a number of key industry bodies and was educated in Luxembourg, Germany and the US.
