Olivier Ferres is based in Taxand Luxembourg where he is a partner with Atoz. Prior to the firm’s formation, Olivier was a partner with Ernst & Young Luxembourg, and before that with Andersen, where he advised a large range of international clients in both the financial and industrial sectors. Olivier gained significant experience in the supervision and co-ordination of the implementation of complex corporate structures involving multiple jurisdictions and advisors. Olivier has also worked extensively in supervisory functions in the domiciliation and corporate compliance departments. Olivier holds a Master’s degree in business law from the University of Strasbourg and is fluent in English, French, German and Luxembourgish.
