Fatah Boudjelida is a partner with Atoz. He began his career with Andersen, where he advised international clients in the financial, real estate and industrial sectors. Fatah joined Atoz at its inception in July 2004, and was involved in the implementation of complex corporate structures dealing with multiple jurisdictions and advisors. He was also involved in structuring several pan-European real estate transactions. Fatah holds a Master’s degree in business law, a Master’s degree in general law and a post-graduate degree in company law and administration from the University of Strasbourg. He is fluent in English and French and has basic knowledge of Arabic.
