Norbert Becker is Chairman at Atoz. He has held various senior executive positions in Andersen Worldwide and Ernst & Young Global. He was the founding partner of Andersen in Luxembourg, and became Area Managing Partner for Central Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, India and the Middle East. He relocated to London and New York to assume responsibility for the global infrastructure at Andersen, and when Andersen combined operations with Ernst & Young, was appointed Global Chief Financial Officer of Ernst & Young. Norbert has extensive global business experience, and has advised many large groups on complex business issues involving financing, outsourcing, and taxation. Norbert has led many international M&A engagements for the firms he has worked for, and has delivered numerous company restructuring engagements involving multiple locations and processes. Norbert was educated in Germany, Belgium and the US. Norbert is the Chairman of CBP, Compagnie de Banque Privée, a private bank fully dedicated to wealth management and corporate finance. He has also been appointed as Chairman of Mangrove Capital Partners and is a board member of Société Européenne de Banque, a wholly owned subsidiary of IntesaSanPaolo and PayPal, a wholly owned subsidiary of EBay, both financial institutions established in Luxembourg. He chairs the Supervisory Board of Central-European International Bank Ltd, a bank incorporated in Budapest. Norbert is a member of the board of managers of two investment vehicles of the Edmond de Rothschild group in Paris. He is involved, as independent director, with other boards of financial institutions and industrial companies across Europe.
