Martin Phelan is based in Taxand Ireland where he is partner in charge of tax with William Fry Tax Advisors. He has over 20 years experience (12 with KPMG) in advising on international tax including using Ireland as part of a group's total tax minimisation strategy. Martin provides taxation advice to a broad base of clients in various business sectors, including financial, software, communications, construction, leisure and entertainment.
