Permana Adi Saputra is based in Taxand Indonesia where he serves as a Transfer Pricing Partner of PB Taxand. With 10 years experince as a partner of Corporate Finance Issues, in which he handled share valuation, debt valuation, debt restructuring, investment, acquisition and fund raising in several industries such as real property, oil and gas, steel, and others; he has also advised on several IPO preparation and General Audits. Permana is a Member of the Indonesian Tax Consultants Association (IKPI) and and Associate of the Indonesian Risk Professional.
