Ildikó is based in Taxand Hungary, Gobert, Fest and Partners/Taxand. Prior to joining the Hungarian Taxand practice, Ildikó worked at ABT, a Swiss based accounting and advisory firm as head of tax and at BDO developing a special compliance product for private individuals. Ildikó spent 14 years with Ernst & Young in Hungary, where she was an international tax partner from 1999 responsible for local and multinational tax clients in all relevant industries as a generalist. Her main focus was tax law interpretations, tax audits, due diligences and litigation. In the early part of her career, Ildikó spent two years at Ericcson Hungary, the Swedish telecommunication company as head of tax and payroll and two years at Coopers & Lybrand advising their clients on tax issues. She also spent two years at the Hungarian Tax Authority, where she was responsible for tax audits of private and multinational entities.

Ildikó is a frequent speaker of professional seminars about the Hungarian tax system. She is the co-writer of the education material of the Hungarian diploma tax experts. She is also a member of the women's network, Hungarian Business Leaders Forum and the Klauzal Lions Club.

Ildikó holds a bachelor degree Economics, College of Trade and Gastronomy. She obtained a master’s degree Economic and Trade from Budapest University of Economic Science. Professional qualifications held by Ildikó Tax Expert Certification, Hungarian Ministry of Finance, International Tax Diploma, Robert Kennedy University Zürich.
