Constantinos Kallideris

Constantinos Kallideris is based in Taxand Greece where he is a tax attorney and partner with Zepos & Yannopoulos. He was admitted to the Athens Bar Association (Court of Appeals) in 1995. Constantinos holds an LLB from the University of Thrace, Faculty of Law (1992), and has also taken a one-year training program with the Council of State (1994), as well as a one-year taxation seminar presented by the Ministry of Development (1996).
Constantinos is the author of the book Liability of the Directors of Legal Entities for Corporate Tax Offences and Tax Debts published by Nomiki Bibliothiki Publications, 2004. He has also written "Taxation of a foreign employee seconded to Greece" in Accountant’s Review (Logistis, 2003), and “3% Special Real Estate Tax Concerning Offshore Companies; Interpretation and Compliance Issues” published in Business and Company Law Review (2006). Constantinos is also a contributing author to the Tax Planning International Review published by BNA International Inc.
Constantinos speaks Greek and English.
