Daphne Cozonis is based in Taxand Greece where she is a tax attorney and partner with Zepos & Yannopoulos. She was admitted to the Athens Bar Association (Court of Appeals) in 1995. Daphne graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Rouen, where she received the Erasmus scholarship, in 1990. She also holds an LLB from the University of Athens Faculty of Law (1992), and an LLM in corporate law from the New York University School of Law (1994). Daphne is co-author of "Taxation of Non-residents for Income Deriving from Currency Swap Transactions" and "Tax Treatment of Credit Default Swap Proceeds,” Derivatives & Financial Instruments, published by the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation in 1999. She is a member of the International Fiscal Association. Daphne speaks Greek, English, French and Turkish.
