Georgios Katrinakis is based in Taxand Greece where he is a member of the tax practice group of Zepos & Yannopoulos. He was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2001 and joined our firm in 2003.

Georgios specialises in tax law and litigation. He has extensive experience in commercial and tax litigation and handles a variety of complex tax and customs disputes by representing clients before the Greek Administrative Courts of all instances and before the EU authorities and the European Court of Justice. Georgios advises domestic and multinational corporations on administrative (tax, customs) and court procedure. He helps clients develop strategies related to tax and customs audits and negotiates with tax and customs authorities within the realm of both out-of-court and judicial settlements.

Georgois attended the University of Athens, Faculty of Law (LL.B., 1996), Law School of Durham University (LL.M. in International and European Legal Studies, 1998), Athens University of Economics and Business (Post-graduate Diploma in Tax law, 2003) and Athens University of Economics and Business (Post-graduate Diploma in Accounting, 2004).
