Jochen Wuerges is based in Taxand Germany where he is a tax partner with Luther in Eschborn / Frankfurt. Jochen has 8 years professional experience working for the Big 4. Before joining Taxand Germany he was working at KPMG Europe advising clients on tax technology and tax management services.

Jochen is experienced advising clients on tax accounting, tax technology, tax risk management including transfer pricing and tax strategy. He has also advised multinational clients on automated tax accounting systems, global tax reporting and tax planning systems, tax assurance for ERP systems and the outsourcing in compliance with local tax documentation and retention rules. Jochen also has experience in tax settlements and negotiations with the German tax authorities for German based and inbound entities.

Jochen lectures tax accounting and tax risk management in master studies at the Albert-Ludwigs-University in Freiburg and at other selected universities. He has a CISA (Certified Information Systems Administrator) in International Tax, Tax Technology, Tax Accounting and Tax Reporting.
