He has 18 years’ experience in national and international tax law, acquisitions, structurings and restructurings. He has served foreign multinational groups in different industries investing in Germany, and German groups of companies investing abroad. In the past, he has worked as a partner in Andersen and Deloitte. He is co-author of a commentary to the Corporate Income Tax Act, and has published several articles in professional magazines.
