Elisabeth Lepique is based in Taxand Germany where she is a partner of Luther in Cologne. For more than 17 years, Elisabeth has worked in the tax and law field relating to infrastructure and privatization projects in Germany. From 1990 to 2001, she worked for the BDO Deutsche Warentreuhand AG, and in 2000 as a partner and director of the BDO Dr. Gerling, Klöcker, Pago GmbH. Elisabeth joined the German Taxand practice, Luther, in 2001. She belongs to the M&A service line and is head of the industry group for water and waste services. Elisabeth specialises in advising public authorities on legal and fiscal matters as well as privatization projects. She has considerable experience concerning transactions in public tenders.
