Frédéric Teper is based in Taxand Paris where he is a partner with Arsene Taxand.

Frédéric has developed specific expertise in the field of group taxation of French and international companies. He has been working for international groups of companies and private equity houses for many years on acquisition / development projects to address optimal tax conditions (structuring, acquisition due diligence, vendor due diligence, and financial flows dividends, interest, royalties and license fees, etc.).

Prior to joining Arsene Taxand, Frédéric was a partner with Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young, where he spent more than 18 years and gained experience resolving complex tax issues for international and local clients and participated in a number of high-profile assignments.

Frédéric holds a master degree from HEC business school (Hautes Etudes Commerciales) and is a graduate from Sciences  Po Paris.
