Franck Llinas is based in Taxand France, where he helped create the real estate department at Arsene Taxand. He started his career at Arthur Andersen before joining Taj International (Deloitte & Touche) in 2002. Franck has a Masters in Business Law, Tax and Accounting as well as a Masters in Corporate Law and Taxation. He also has a degree in Comparative Law from University College London.
