Arne is based in Taxand Denmark where he is a partner at Bech-Bruun. Arne has a broad background in business tax law and represents Danish and international banks, private equity and venture funds, property investment funds and listed companies concerning taxation matters. His advice encompasses the national and international taxation aspects of mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and refinancing, including tax issues related to corporate organisation, financial products and incentive structures for management and key employees. He started his career in tax advisory with the law firm Gorrissen in Copenhagen in 2000. In 2005 he became senior associate in the tax department of Bech-Bruun in Copenhagen and a partner since 2011.
