Joyce Zhang is the key Chinese member of Taxand’s global transfer pricing team. She is based in Taxand China where she is a partner of Hendersen Taxand, an independent consulting firm formed by professionals from Big 4 firms and in-house experts from top Fortune 100 companies. Joyce is in charge of transfer pricing at China’s Taxand practice, Hendersen Taxand, and has 12 years of professional tax and advisory experience in China. During her years with the Big 4, Joyce developed extensive knowledge and experience in providing tailor-made tax and business solutions to multinational companies in various industries. In addition to her strong tax background, Joyce is also known for being one of the first few tax professionals who specialised in transfer pricing practice in China. She has focused on transfer pricing for the last five years and has helped many multinational companies in different industries deal with transfer pricing issues. Her projects include reviews of transfer pricing models, transfer pricing risk and opportunity assessments and planning, audit defence support and negotiation with tax authorities, preparation of transfer pricing documentation, advanced pricing arrangement, etc. Joyce is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a Certified Tax Advisor in China.
